Truth Education provides educational content about reasoning, decision-making, belief testing, media literacy, psychology, and related topics.
We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
5) Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or systems
Scrape, copy, or harvest data or content at scale without permission
Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
Post content that is defamatory, hateful, or incites violence
6) Accounts, Email Sign-Ups, and Communications
If you sign up for email updates or create an account (if available), you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email. Operational emails (if any) may still be sent (e.g., purchase receipts).

If we offer products or services (courses, workshops, digital downloads, memberships):

Refund policy: All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You represent that you have the rights to what you submit and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party content (e.g., YouTube, podcast players). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for them.

12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Truth Education LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on content.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Truth Education LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
